This is my go-to recipe for breakfast and I never get tired of it. It is so delicious you will not believe it is so healthy for you.

Strawberry Protein Smoothie
Add 1 glass of milk or 16 oz. of skim milk in your blender. You can use almond milk or 2%, whatever you prefer but of course, you want to use a low-fat milk.
Banana and Almond Butter
To add natural sweetness, I like to slice up half a banana. To get your protein add a tablespoon of almond butter

Blend until smooth. Only a few seconds.
Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1 tbls.almond butter optional
- 2 ice cubes
- In your blender add the milk and all other ingredients. Blend just until smooth. Pour in glass and enjoy.
