Strawberry Protein Smoothie
Next, add frozen strawberries, the frozen berries make the drink cool
Add a half banana and a tablespoon of almond butter
Blend until smooth. Only a few seconds.
- 1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1 tbls.almond butter (optional)
- 2 ice cubes
- In your blender add the milk and all other ingredients. Blend just until smooth. Pour in glass and enjoy.
