My rescue cat, Tuco…..always seems to insert himself in my photos. He sure has gotten over his shyness.
Did you know that Pine cuttings stay fresh longer than the Cedar.

Your living room is amazing with that gorgeous fireplace that goes “way up”! You’ve decorated all the spaces in the room wonderfully. There is something so cozy to me about the way you combined that fabulous pillow with the car/tree beside the buffalo check plaid throw – want to curl up there for sure! BonBon, what a beautiful living space! I like how you put the smaller trees beside the fireplace and entry table in the same area as the larger tree (what a temptation for Tuco!). Very pretty treatment with the ribbon on your main tree. Of course, I loved your tablescape too. I used cedar this year and suspect I’ll need to refresh before Christmas, but I’ve enjoyed the no sap alternative this year. I usually cut nandina and magnolia from my garden also. I’ll have to search your blog for a better look at that gorgeous mantel you styled. The sign on the stairway wall with all the travel destinations….did you have that custom made? I love it.

Oh, BonBon, so many pretty little touches that express your Christmas spirit through the decorations in your home. I am swooning over the fresh white pine branch and the cedar or juniper. I still haven’t found a good source for fresh greens in Florida! Your tree is very pretty. I love the let it snow vignette in your foyer with the big tobacco basket behind it all. Just lovely!
