TABLE VIGNETTE IN BLACK AND WHITE
Creating table vignette’s is one of my favorite decorating things to do. I made this vignette for my spring decorating, but really it could serve as an All season vignette.
To start off I gather a bunch of items that MIGHT work in the vignette. Sometimes it begins as a hodge podge of items and other times its a lot of items by color. Then I start adding items to a tray or what ever my display base will be.
For this vignette I already knew I wanted it to have a main color theme of Black & White. I love decorating with black and white and if you saw my home you would see that I have it all through the house. To me it is so classic and versatile.
Using dishes that you already have is an easy way to start assembling your kitchen or dining room vignette. Here I added a stack of my ironstone saucers and a couple of coffee cups.
Add items of different heights to give interest to the display.
I added my white pitcher for the height and as a final touch I added the white tulips and small boxwood wreath to give just a touch of green.
There you have it. My simple Black & White vignette. Do you like using vignette’s to add to your dining room or kitchen table?
