AUTUMN….Cool crisp morning air…leaves gently falling…calm delightful evenings…..
Autumn is a wonderful time to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, I decided to create my table outdoors for a lovely evening with friends and family. Perfect setting.
AUTUMN TABLESCAPE AT THE FARMHOUSE
Welcome to the Autumn Tablescape and Blog Hop hosted by Chloe from Celebrate and Decorate!
This is my Autumn Table at the Farmhouse.
I picked one of my favorite spots on our walking path a short distance from the house. I made the table from two sawhorses and 3 – 6ft. boards as the table top. I added a painters cloth and a white tablecloth, and a burlap runner. If you like the burlap runner I am giving one away on October 1. Go HERE for details.
The centerpiece board is a reclaimed board that we had in the barn.
I used chocolate brown & white distressed chargers for a layered look. Off white plates, and small white ironstone plates, flatware and napkins complete the place settings.
So you don’t forget it!
The temperature was perfect, the evening was beautiful. What a wonderful way to enjoy nature.
Making a pretty table setting doesn’t have to be stressful or time consuming. Use items you have. The only items in the photo that I purchased this fall were the pumpkins and the wine, the rest I already had.
Thanks for stopping by. Next in the blog hop line up is Designthusiasum tablescape. If you are just now joining the hop, don’t worry….all the links for the week are here. Enjoy!
